Using the sample application provided with chameleon 1.1 alpha ms4w package, the keymap bounding box looks correct for the full extents but is wrong as you zoom in (it is too wide and too high). This may be a problem with the sample application or with the KeyMap widget.
Fixed in Hawaii demo. Extents was not properly defined between the widget definition in the html template and map file parameter. Also the image size for the key map has to be that same as the actual size of the key map image actually used. These are common human errors when defining the key map widget, this should be better documented and/or have some way to these common problems.
verified in beta 2 2004-06-20, currently keymap extent is ok
