[Chameleon-1.1]Undefined JS function CWCDHTML_FindObjectPosX

I loaded the chameleon_sample application and the following error was in the
JavaScript console.

Error: CWCDHTML_FindObjectPosX is not defined

pls retest when 1.99 beta is released, I think this is fixed.

CWCDHTML_FindObjectPosX is found in the dynlayer.js file and this error has not
be found in any of the new sample applications in the 1.99 Chameleon beta 2

changing the target to "1.99 beta 2", since it is fixed and verified and
released with this version.
