It would be nice if the MapDHTMLWidget had a border color attribute to modify
the default black border surrounding the map image.

added two optional attributes to MapDHTML, BORDERCOLOR and BORDERWIDTH. 
BORDERCOLOR is a hex color attribute (#000000 by default) and BORDERWIDTH is an
integer >= 0, 1 by default.

Updated documentation as well.
