The Help Viewer will have to allow the different views of the widget document.
This will be defined by slt's, and as for the user the should be allowed to.

* pick the view they want
* pick the widget doc they want.
* pick the subsection of the widget doc they want.

Bill and Chris (me) have to figure out what the best way to do this. This will
have a direct effect on how the slt's are defined, but more importantly how many
slt's to build.

Right now I have plan to have a the following slt's
* Simple View  (build widget tag for html template view)
* Advance View (programmers view)
* All View
