Description From 2004-10-29 16:16:40 
for some reason when the keymap xml document is generated the only include
section that is not commented is <cham:include>Button</cham:include>. What makes
this strang, is that fact that the keymap widget does not use the button.php

what should be included is:

<cham:include>Base</cham:include>
<cham:include>NavTool</cham:include>

the widget doc has been manually modified, but this issue is still present.

Marking this as invalid because the Button group actually comes from the NavTool
group itself.  The NavTool attribute group is NOT currently being listed for any
widget.  I will file a bug about this now.
