The following error during autodoc generation for LayerManager.en-ca.doc.xml:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
complete your request.

caused the error.

No edits were made by the doc generator to the LayerManager.en-ca.doc.xml
only the default template was created.
