Eventhough the xml widget doc (GpsUtil.en-ca.doc.xml) was created The following
errors occurs on auto doc generation:

document has been generated but not without errors. this is will be monitored in
bug 903

Since these widget have a low maturity level, these widget docs are still under
development. 

Changing target to FUTURE
