The current build of maplab 2.2 2004-07-16 has a problem with the help link on
the main index page of maplab.

This is the path the button is trying to look in:
http://localhost/tutorial/maplab_tutorial.html

I think it should be:
http://localhost/maplab/mapedit/help_index.html

this is ok when accessing maplab's htdocs folder directly but going through an
alias, like the one ms4w 
creates breaks the js function that handles this. Instead of creating a
separate alias for the tutorial, I 
moved the files into a new 'tutorial' subdirectory under htdocs which I think
is more appropriate

Verified on Windows XP ms4w and maplab 20040720.
