Ok, Paul the I just started looking into the CWC Service Instance, read the
documents, and configured the alias and tried the urls. No go, in fact the alias
you defined are not present in the beta 2 2004-06-20.

Is this important for beta 2 or should we hold off for beta 3???
How important is Gomoos needing Service Instance? July 9th is the dead line.

I also think there should be a new component in bugzilla "Service Instance" or
"CWC Instance"

added service instance to makefile and added copmponent to bugzilla
