A JS error window pops up when accessing the "Manage Servers" window.


Steps to reproduce:
1.  Load the "sample_other.phtml" template
2.  Click the "WMS Layers" button
3.  Select "Manage WMS Layers"
4.  JS error pops up

Changed target to 1.99 RC 1.

there have been a number of updates to the WMSBrowser widget since this bug was
filed.  The error listed here does not occur in FireFox 1.0 release.
