An icon file is missing and is reported by Apache when accessing the "Map Tips"
tool in "sample_enhanced.phtml" generates an Apache error.

widget should be referring to title_maptips.png.  Fixed in cvs.

Changing Version to 1.99 (2.0 not being worked on yet).
