the version of chameleon that hawaii runs on is seriously out of date, we can't
maintain it so we need to update the app and template for 1.99 (latest cvs)

Daniel you are correct. This bug started the idea of updating the Hawaii demo
for the conference, which I did do. 

I will be closing this bug. internal bug 2809 asked for the Hawaii demo to be
deployed to mapsherpa, with the latest chameleon.
