this was caused by a problem related to bug 336 and does actually work
correctly.
the has been fixed in beta 2 2004-06-20
Again I need a methodology to test that. Eventhough I changed paths in the "NavButtons" sharedresource to non existing paths, buttons are always displayed.
did you set the usetextbuttoncache to false? that should cause buttons to be regenerated on each page load.
Verified on Fedora Core 1 Chameleon 20040625 with "sample_basic_buttonizer.phtml" and "sample_enhanced.phtml" samples. I had to unregister skins to verify this fix.
