There seems to be an inconsistant behaviour in the treeview.

- if you click the +, then the branch expands properly

- if you click the name then the branch expands, but the graphics don't load
properly.  in IE6, they don't show up at all, and in NN7 they show up broken,
but also with weird borders.

also: in case 1 the + changes to a -, but in case 2 it stays as a +

the images need to load properly and the + needs to change into a -
